Wanted new floor in kitchen n half bathroom. Got lvp planks for both rooms with different style. Im really happy. I thought they would remove old tile but they did not. It caused my toilet to leak cuz tile was too high for wax seal costed me $500 n two plumber visits

I got a an issue with the color and keep sending me different color that I don’t like and when I complain that to the manager, he has escalate the problem with me and threaten to put lean on my house, In my opinion, he just went too far. He shouldn’t say something like this but still I give them five stars for the Service quality teams that visited Me in the house and I recommend them.
